Man-won said, "I had no choice if I wanted to live. I didn't want to do that in the first place. I was 19. I didn't have money or anything to eat and I had to sleep in the rain. My father was in prison and I didn't know anybody".

"I tried really hard to stay on the right path like father told me too. It was tough making a living out of the money left over after paying rent. I begged the store to let me do anything, just to keep my my sister alive".

Han-joo embraced Man-won in tears. He found out Man-won had gotten involved with smuggling to find out the whereabouts of Yeong-won and suggested to Jo Kang-doo (Kim Dae-ryeong) for a negotiation.

The father and son got into a fight with Jo Kang-doo and his men and were about to get arrested when the police arrived. Baek-won (UEE) pointed a gun at her family. She found out Do-yeong (Jung Il-woo) had smuggled fish and went after him.

Baek-won pointed her gun at the criminals only to find out they were her siblings.

Meanwhile, "Golden Rainbow" is about the passion of seven siblings who are connected by fate.
