On the episode 18 of MBC's Wednesday & Thursday drama, "Goodbye Mr. Black", Cha Ji-won (Lee Jin-uk) informed Kim Swan (Moon Chae-won) about his health condition.

Cha Ji-won told Kim Swan, "I'm a little sick. Doctor told me I might have one day or a month to live". And then he spread his arms.
Kim Swan said, "But, you said you loved me" and then she ran into Cha Ji-won's arms and had herself wrapped around with his arms. Cha Ji-won said, "I'm sorry". Kim Swan shed tears saying, "How many days have we been waiting. You can't go anywhere leaving me behind".
Kim Swan said, "Same thing for me. One day or maybe one month". Kim Swan thought, "Why did I forget this. People die one day. What are the regrets and what was so precious?" and then she told Cha Ji-won, "Love me".
Cha Ji-won kissed Kim Swan on her lips passionately. The two spent the night together. Cha Ji-won prayed, "Father, please save me. I really want to live".
