Black (Lee Jin-uk) raged when he saw his younger sister, Cha Ji-soo (Lim Se-mi)'s horrible physical and mental conditions. Ji-soo had gone missing for five years and finally appeared in front of him. She lost her eyesight and was calling Min Seon-jae (Kim Kang-woo)'s names begging him to let her live. Black could not think of forgiveness any longer under the given circumstance.

Black went to Min Seon-jae, but he got caught by a trap Min Seon-jae set up. Min Seon-jae on purpose provoked Black to stab him so the police could spot him red-handed.

Black, who was already a suspect for a murder case since he was in Thailand, got arrested by the police at the spot. Black faced the most critical situation, however, Swan (Moon Chae-won) did not stop loving Black.

Black also did not get intimated. When Min Seon-jae came to see him, Black said, "I lost the game on purpose because you were once one of my friends. You can't win this after all".

Swan took care of Black's younger sister, Cha Ji-soo and made sure Cha Ji-soo was in comfort while telling her repeatedly, 'Your brother is coming back for sure".

A trial was held. Black's lawyer was Kim Ji-ryoon (Kim Tae-woo). The prosecutors' office charged Black for the murder case in Thailand and the attempted murder. Black denied all the charges.

While Ma-ri (Yoo In-young) turned her back on Min Seon-jae, he was driven into a corner and tried to threaten Black using Swan.
