On the March 23rd episode of SBS 'Heard It Through the Grapevine', Yeon-hee (Yoo Ho-jeong) was so desperate in trying to make her husband turn away from Yeong-ra (Baek Ji-yeon) that she used poppy seeds.

When Yeon-hee found out her husband Jeong-ho was meeting his old one-sided love, Yeong-ra alone and he heard he's not attractive from her, she became furious. Although she heard Jeong-ho got angry with what he had heard, Yeon-hee could not help but feeling frustrated. It was because Jeong-ho still was interested in Yeong-ra.
Yeon-hee secretly called in a shaman and asked for advice. And she was given a secret method using a pouch of poppy seeds to win man's heart. Yeon-hee asked "Will it work?", and the shaman advised "Be confident". Yeon-hee said "There is no reason why I shouldn't be" and started to get ready.
Yeon-hee set a dinner table with wine and changed into sexy clothes. However, when Jeong-ho came back home, he completely ignored Yeon-hee and went into his den because he was still upset with what Yeong-ra told about him. Yeon-hee said it was pathetic and took off the pouch of poppy seeds right away.
In this episode, as the fact Yeong-ra's daughter liked In-sang was revealed, the storyline brought up a new phase to the drama.
