Song Ji-hyo comforted Lee Dong-wook.

Choi Won (Lee Dong-wook) regretted sending Hong Da-in (Song Ji-hyo) and his daughter Choi Rang (Kim Yoo-bin-I) to the king's palace.

Choi Won felt very bad for his daughter who overheard Kim Chi-yong's (Jun Gook-hwan) conversation to get rid of Lee Ho (Im Seulong).

Hong Da-in wanted to go warn Lee Ho but Choi Won said, "You can't. Your life is at risk if you go into the palace".

Hong Da-in looked at Choi Won and said, "It's not your fault we have become like this".

Choi Won blamed his overconfidence and bluff for them but Hong Da-in comforted him saying he had made a big decision for a great cause.

Meanwhile, Choi Rang was surprised at the identity of Kyeong-won (Seo Dong-hyun).
