Ji-ah decided to give up on her feelings for Min-gyoo. After reading about a foreigner who died from human allergy shock after being betrayed, she decided to avoid him and the fact that she pretended to be AZ3.
In tears, Min-gyoo let AZ3 go, ignorant of the fact that she was actually human and confused that he had feelings for a robot. also let Azi 3 go in tears. Then both returned to their own lives, but it was hard as thoughts and love they had and felt for kept surfacing.
Ji-ah decided to go on a working holiday to Australia. She did various jobs to make money for her trip, but broke down when she spotted Min-gyoo.
Min-gyoo was the same state. When he heard AZ3 was getting a new face, he ran to Hong Baek-gyoon (Uhm Ki-joon) and told him not to do so. He said, "I shouldn't have let her go. I want AZ3 back again. I want to meet her again. I miss her so much".
In the end, Min-gyoo found AZ3 again, but this time, the robot didn't fill in the empty space in him.
At the end of the episode, it was foreseen that Min-gyoo and Ji-ah would meet again. They ran into each other on the rain and it was the first time Ji-ah ran into him as a human and not as a robot.
