On the January 7th episode of MBC drama 'Kill Me, Heal Me', Shin Se-gi, one of Cha Do-hyeon (Ji Sung)'s multiple personalities fell in love with Oh Ri-jin (Hwang Jung-eum).

Cha Do-hyeon misunderstood the psychiatrist, Oh Ri-jin as the escaped mental health patient, who came to take the actual patient Heo Sook-hui (Kim Seul-gi) back to the hospital, because he was persuaded by Heo Sook-hui. During the physical struggle with Oh Ri-jin, he was thrown on the floor. Due to the impact on his body, his other identity, Shin Se-gi with different personality awoke. Shin Se-gi put on a leather jacket he snatched from a gangster member.

After Oh Ri-jin took Heo Sook-hui back safely, she was concerned about Cha Do-hyeon, whom she had thrown onto the ground. She went back to Cha Do-hyeon and encountered Shin Se-gi. When Oh Ri-jin started talking to him, Shin Se-gi suggested her to look at his wrist watch together and said "Do you remember the time? The time I fell in love with you?"

Oh Ri-jin became to think "What is this? What is he talking about? Is he trying to say by any chance, 'You're the first woman who treated me this awfully'?" While she was laughing at her own thought, Shin Se-gi however actually said "You're the first woman who has treated me this awfully".

Oh Ri-jin was shocked with what had just happened and tried to leave the spot after saying "Let's just say I didn't hear what you said. I am not that brave to deal with you the same way again". At the time, the gangsters came to recover their lost jacket, which had their drug. Shin Se-gi with the violent personality fought against the gangsters relentlessly but he was pushed into corner while Oh Ri-jin was watching.
