On the fifth episode of JTBC's weekend drama, 'Last, Sin Na-ra (Seo Yea-ji) treated Jang Tae-ho (Yoon Kye-sang) for injuries, as Foreman Oh asked her for help.

Jang Tae-ho had to hide himself quickly in a secret place after he got injured majorly during the fight to take over the Future City Project. Sin Na-ra went to Jang Tae-ho's hideout and treated his injuries overnight.
Next morning when Jang Tae-ho woke up, he revealed his inner thoughts to Sin Na-ra. Jang Tae-ho revealed, "I almost killed someone yesterday. I mean murder" and "I tried to kill someone so that I could survive. With this hand".
Jang Tae-ho continued, "As what you told me, I don't want to live this hard. But it isn't that easy". As Sin Na-ra felt sympathy towards Jang Tae-ho in the hardship and Jang Tae-ho appreciated Sin Na-ra for taking care of his injuries, a subtle romantic vibe sprouted into the air.
