When they returned, Hyeon-joo (Han Hye-jin) asked where they'd been and she cried when she found out. She yelled, "What if the results are positive? What are you going to do? You took me to the hospital, too. Do you have any idea how nervous I've been?"

Seok-joon (Kim Tae-hoon)was looking at Hyeon-joo's tests and decided surgery wasn't the only way. He went to Hyeon-joo, but she wouldn't listen to him and only asked for Saet-byeol's results.

Seok-joon said, "She has a tumor too, but it's very small you can hardly see it. I could see it because I knew it was in the family". Hyeon-joo asked if the tumor will grow along with Saet-byeol and Seok-joon nodded his head.

However, Seok-joon added, "Cancer can be defeated 10 years from now. It's going to be nothing by the time she's your age".

Da-hye (Yoo In-young) went to meet Raymond because he was in Korea and he told her to choose company stocks or the construction of a new building. Da-hye said she wanted to do everything, but Raymond convinced her otherwise. Young-geun (Gong Jung-hwan) asked Da-hye, "Will Kim Do-young accept you after he finds out about your past?" and made her angry.

Da-hye came back home upset and yelled at Do-young (Yoon Sang-hyun)to leave her alone. Meanwhile, Seok-joon was looking at Hyeon-joo's recent MRI and was shocked to see something.
