On this day, Tae-seok came across his doctor friend Jae-min Jae-min (Choi Deok-moon), when he paid a visit to Dr. Kim (Kang Shin-il)'s funeral.

The two friends had a talk over a drink. Jae-min said, "Alcohol and smoking are not helpful to Alzheimer's. You can slow down the symptoms by taking medicine, what is your problem?"

Tae-seok responded, "Jus tin case people would find out about it, my lawyer career is over. I can't".

Jae-min suggested, "You can use patches" while he was trying to find the best ways to help Jae-min. Tae-seok showed his labored smile and said, "It's good to have a doctor friend, since I can get a medical consultation at a bar".

Later, Tae-seok recited multiple articles of law trying to deny the reality, when going back home. However, when he saw his mother Soon-hee (Ban Hyo-jung), he burst out crying.
