2015/08/10 | Permalink | Source

Choi Yeong-jin (Kim Hee-ae) and Park Jong-ho (Kim Min-jong) came into conflict with the matter of the victim's suicide.

Yeong-jin investigated the case herself when she saw that the victim's mother wasn't accepting of her daughter's death. Yeong-jin found out that the victim had changed her phone number twice recently and had reserved tickets to a concert the next day and knew it wasn't suicide. She also heard that the victim was a devout Catholic and told Jong-ho, "Reinvestigate this case. It wasn't suicide".

However, the upper authorities wanted this case quickly dealt with as suicide and Jong-ho was pressured to close the case. Yeong-jin talked to Jong-ho. "Do you really think it's suicide?" she asked. Jong-ho replied, "Everyone but you are ignoring the case".

"Mrs. Cop" is a drama about a great cop but a terrible mother starring Kim Hee-ae, Kim Min-jong, Lee Da-hee, Son Ho-jun, Shin So-yul, Lee Gi-kwang, Park Min-ha and more.
