On the episode 9 of JTBC's Friday & Saturday drama, "Ms. Temper and Nam Jung-gi", Wook Da-jeong (Lee Yo-won) was shocked to find out that her mom Jeong Bok-ja (Oh Ji-hye)'s health condition was critical.
As Wook Da-jeong's mother Jeong Bok-ja fell down, Nam Jung-gi (Yoon Sang-hyun) mentioned to her that her mother had a health examination at the same hospital where the mom was hospitalized. Jeong Bok-ja was diagnosed with a colon cancer. Wook Da-jeong was more shocked because she had no idea, but she did not reveal how she was feeling.
Nam Jung-gi tried to comfort her. He held Wook Da-jeong's hands and promised that he would stay next to her. However, he was asked by Cho Dong-gyu (Yoo Jae-myung) to come in and Wook Da-jeong had to let Nam Jung-gi go. Nam Jung-gi came across Wook Da-jeong's third husband Lee Ji-sang (Yeon Jung-hoon) under these circumstance.
