On the third episode of the KBS 2TV drama "Nice Guy" on the 19th, Kang Maru (Song Joong-ki) and Kang Choco (Lee Yu-bi) turned out to be related from different mothers.

Kang Choco didn't want to be a burden to her brother anymore so she found her real mother (Cho Eun-sook). Maru goes there to find his sister and her mother said, "Honestly I don't think I'll be able to care for her. I can't even manage the medical bills".

She added to her daughter she saw for the first time in twenty years. "I am sorry but I don't have that kind of love for you. I forgot about you when I left you with your brother when you barely had your eyes open. I didn't give birth to you out of love either".

She continued, "Live with your brother. You have the same father" then turned to Kang Maru and said, "You took her in for twenty years so take care of her until the end". He asked her calmly, "Can I take her? Can I really do that?"

Kang Choco was the result of a one night stand between Kang Maru's father who was a Casanova and a restaurant maid. She also had a rare disease so her parents ignored her but Kang Maru had been taking care of his eight-year-old sister then as if she was his child despite his own situation.

Kang Maru took Choco in his car and returned home. She cried all the way in the music that he played. His situation left a deep impression Seo Eun-ki (Moon Chae-won) who had a younger sibling from Han Chae-hee (Park Si-yeon).
