[Spoiler] "Oh My Geum-bi" Heo Jung-eun's sad but calm confession

Heo Jung-eun confessed that she had the Niemann-Pick Disease on the fourth episode of the KBS 2TV drama "Oh My Geum-bi".

Previously, she went to see the doctor for some tests. The doctor said she needed to come with her parents.

Oh Geum-bi answered, "I don't have a mom or dad". The doctor had met Mo Hwi-cheol (Oh Ji-ho) before and asked if that was her father.

Oh Geum-bi said, "He is but not yet. His name is Mo Hwi-cheol and I am Yoo Geum-bi".

The doctor asked if she had another guardian but she didn't answer this one.

Geum-bi opened her mouth. "I have an aunt but she ran away from me when she found out that I had the Niemann-Pick Disease".

The doctor was surprised. Geum-bi kept calm as she continued, "It's like Alzheimer's isn't it? You lose your memory until your body gets tired and people with this disease usually die before twenty".

The way this 10-year-old spoke of her disease in such a composed manner was sad to see.
