Ha-myeong decided to not use the text messages In-ha had given to him because he did not want to risk In-ha's career as a news reporter because she might be expelled from the company being blamed as a whistleblower. Although he was eager to let the world know about the unfairness his family suffered from, he also could not ruin In-ha's life.

Finally In-ha could come to back to the company and Ha-myeong went to see Cha-ok . He asked Cha-ok  to expose the misconduct committed by the news company 14 years ago. Ha-myeong discovered that Cha-ok  had compromised with Park Ro-sa (Kim Hae-sook) although she herself as well had wanted to do whistleblowing at the time.

The preview of the next episode showed Cha-ok finally making up her mind to broadcast exposing the truth. Whether or not Cha-ok will be able to broadcast the truth about the case of Gi Ho-sang without the interference by Park Ro-sa is drawing attention from viewers.
