On the latest episode of the KBS 2TV drama "Queen for 7 Days", Lee Yoong (Lee Dong-gun) went mad.

He was getting more and more impoverished in shame in having let go of Sin Chae-kyeong (Park Min-young) and had a sense of inferiority for his step brother Lee Yeok (Yeon Woo-jin). However, he didn't have a friend to give him advice. There was only Im Sa-hong (Kang Shin-il) who sucked up to Lee Yoong and covered up his bad deeds for his profits.

Lee Yoong showed signs of mental instability as he told Jang Nok-soo (Son Eun-seo) that he heard something. He also looked for a secret document which stated that the throne would belong to Prince Jinsung when he grew up. He said, "How can that be? What's wrong with me? These rumors spread because my mother was disposed of her status as queen. They are disrespecting me".

Lee Yeong took revenge on those who were involved with disposing his mother. He not only punished them but their offspring as well and about those who were already buried, Lee Yoong ordered them to be dug up and beheaded.

Lee Yoong's tyranny brought upon sorrow to many families and only dead bodies piled up on the streets. The people of the country shook in fear.

At last, Lee Yoon told Seono that he would be free and his family would be safe if he admitted that he was the one who spread the rumor. However, Seono shook his sword at Lee Yoong and Lee Yoong beheaded him.

Lee Yeok watched this happen and was determined to take revenge on his step-brother.
