[Spoiler] "Saimdang: Light's Diary" Lee Young-ae appears in paper competition

Saimdang (Lee Young-ae) participated in the Koryeo Paper Know-how competition and surprised Hwieumdang (Oh Yoon-ah) and Min Chi-hyeong (Choi Chul-ho).

On the latest episode of the SBS drama "Saimdang: Light's Diary", Min Chi-hyeong was mad that Black Flower was Hwieumdang. He abused her and threatened her, "Finding out the way to make the Koryeo paper is the only way you will live". Hwieumdang set out to get the secret.

Saimdang also found out the way to make paper was rattan. She started working and tested with the tree using the paper mulberry and rattan in different ratios.

Min Chi-hyeong threatened Man-deuk (Woo Hyeon) to make sure Saimdang didn't submit her paper. He put a knife to his neck and said, "Make sure she doesn't come to the competition".

In the end, Saimdang managed to make final paper. She was satisfied with it.

However, the happiness didn't last long. Man-deuk set the paper on fire.

On the day of the competition Hwieumdang was at the competition but not Saimdang who only appeared at the finals with her paper. Hwieumdang and Min Chi-hyeong were shocked.

In the present time, Seo Ji-yoon (Lee Young-ae) told the curator of the gallery (Kim Mi-kyung) to take down the fake Geumkangsan and reveal the real one. Professor Min Jeong-hak was cornered and planned to steal the real painting. While Seo Ji-yoon was on the move with the painting, Min Jeong-hak stole the genuine piece and in the next scene, he burnt it.
