Right before the ninth episode was aired on August 5th, MBC's Wednesday & Thursday miniseries, 'Scholar Who Walks the Night', has released still images of Crown Prince Lee Yoon (Changmin), the lecherous Scholar entering the underground palace, who informed the world about the existence of vampires.

In the revealed photos, Yoon confirms the existence of the vampire Gwi (Lee Soo-hyuk) dwelling in the underground palace and dominating over the reigning king.
Yoon walks into the underground palace with his grandfather Hyeon-jo (Lee Soon-jae) and stands facing the vampire Gwi. While Gwi casts the blood-chilling and mean smiles over them, Yoon's calm and gallant appearance is impressive.
As Gwi regards Yoon as a pain in the butt, the silent confrontation between the two raises the curiosity level as to what brought up the encounter of the two. Whether or not the hidden identity of Yoon as Lecherous Scholar was revealed is concerning the viewers.
With Yoon's indifferent look on his face and his charismatic presence controlling his emotions, while he secretly knows Gwi killed his father, it creates such tight tensions in the air.
The production team of 'Scholar Who Walks the Night' said, "The ninth episode will present the scene amid great tensions, where Lee Yoon meets the vampire Gwi, who killed his father Crown Prince Sa-dong" and "Please witness with your own eyes the big events and the spectacle progress of the storyline in the ninth episode".
