[Spoiler] 'The King's Face' Im Ji-eun asks Jo Yoon-hee to become concubine of Lee Sung-jae to protect Seo In-guk

On the 16th episode of "The King's Face", Queen Uiin (Im Ji-eun) made a conclusion the only way to protect Gwang Hae (Seo In-guk) was to have Seonjo (Lee Sung-jae) appoint Kim Ga-hee (Jo Yoon-hee) as a concubine.

While Queen Uiin was searching around to find Kim Ga-hee, she also became to learn about the relationship between Kim Ga-hee and Gwang Hae. She came out of the palace to meet Kim Ga-hee in person, who was back in the capital to find Gwang Hae after Kim Ga-hee had heard about him in danger.

Queen Uiin told Kim Ga-hee calmly, "I am dying. Therefore I need you even more than ever now. I need someone to protect the Crown Prince after I die. Please become a concubine of the king and protect the prince".

Kim Ga-hee said, "Although you're facing death, I cannot do it". Queen Uiin said, "Don't you love him, Please become a concubine to protect the one you love".

Queen Uiin continued, "If you don't become a concubine, the prince will be soon get caught in conspiracy to treason and eventually expelled. He will end up leaving a miserable and sorrowful life. I'm not talking about remote future. He has been confined in the place of Crown Prince".

"The King's Face" depicts the life of Gwang Hae, a crowned prince born to a concubine, who struggled through dethronement and death threats for 16 years and finally became a king, taking advantage of face reading as own weapon.
