On the November 18th episode of SBS' "The Village: Achiara's Secret", Hyejin's past story was revealed one by one. So-yoon found out that Ga-yeong and Hye-jin had Fabry disease, which was genetic and the two had a same father.
So-yoon (Moon Geun-young) went to see Ga-yeong's biological mother, Gyeong-soon and let her know about Ga-yeong's genetic disease. However, Gyeong-soon denied the fact. When Ga-yeong fell down because of Fabry disease later, Gyeong-soon revealed that she had conceived Ga-yeong, pregnant from rape. Also, it was revealed that Hyejin was born in pregnancy from rape and Hyejin was looking for Ji-sook's mom desperately.
So-yoon also went to see Ji-sook. So-yoon told Ji-sook that she already knew Ji-sook and Hyejin are sisters. Ji-sook denied the fact in the beginning. When So-yoon threatened, Ji-sook confessed, "She's the kid even my mom tried hard to reject. She should not have come to our village". So-yoon said, "She came to the village to survive" and also revealed that Hyejin had had come to the village because her Fabry disease had worsened.
At the end of the episode, a scene showed Jeong-Im had given a birth to Hyejin secretly.
