A) "I use the running machine or do yoga".

Weight training would be the best for firm muscles and a toned body, and Daniel Henney's secret is exactly this.

A) "If you jump rope in the same way, it could become boring. Since it's a hard exercise, I'm guessing it would be better to listen to music that you like while doing it".
