The Red Devils, the official supporters club of the national football team, has organized cheering events at Gwanghwamun Plaza and in front of City Hall in downtown Seoul from 4:00 in the afternoon. A concert of cheering songs will liven up the spirit while fans watch the game on huge screens.

Police do not have plans to close the areas to vehicles, but if they get too crowded, traffic will be controlled.

In Gangnam, popular musicians such as girl group EXID and rock band YB will perform from 6 p.m. on a street stage near COEX. The area will be partially closed to traffic from 12 p.m. to 8 a.m. the next day.

In major cities including Busan, Daegu and Daejeon, fans will gather at stadiums, gyms and parks to cheer for the national team.

Police expect about 102,200 people to assemble in 27 places nationwide.
