T.O.P gets removed from post, will he re-admit?

T.O.P (Choi Seung-hyun) from the idol group Big Bang was relieved of his post as a conscripted policeman.

SBS "TV News At Night" dealt with this issue on the 13th of June.

A professor from the Soonchun University Department of Police Administration said, "Once T.O.P gets treatment, he will be returned home. If he gets more than a year and six month's worth of imprisonment or probation, he will be transferred to labor service. If he gets anything less than that, then jury will decide if he will go back to his usual post or reservist duty".

However, the professor saw it unlikely that he will be going back to his usual post.

Reporters asked if T.O.P would have to return to training camp if he was to continue his duty and the professor said, "Regulations on that don't exist; thus, there is no such thing as 'returning to training'".
