A program, made in Thailandand co-produced by a Korean production team and a team of Thai actors, will be broadcast via a Thailandpublic TV channel.

DHB Media, Inc. announced on Mar. 6 that it had sent its production team to Thailandto make a program for eight episodes with about 10 Thai actors.

The program, which contains a style of the 'turnover drama' as well as features Korea's tourist spots, trends, amazing life and people in Korea, and Korean Wave stars in a documentary style, and is scheduled to be broadcast via Thai BB-TV (Channel 7).

It is planned to appear as a one-hour special program for eight episodes in Thailandnational holidays from April, and has already finished an audition for actors in February. It will begin shooting this week.

Currently, a drama 'A Jewel in the Palace' ("Dae Jang Geum") has made a huge success in Thailand, and 'Oh! Pil-seung, Bong Soon-Young' and 'Sang Doo! Let's go to school' follow the trend of Korean Wave.

"Until now, Korean Wave has been created with dramas and actors. This project, aimed for East Asian viewers, however, will bring the whole thing to a new level with Korean program production techniques", Jang, Won, CEO of DHB Media, Inc. said.
