The Association of Korean Independent Film & Video to hold 'Jacques Drouin' special screening & Korean independent animation screening events at the same time

By June 30, The Association of Korean Independent Film & Video is holding 'Jacques Drouin' special screening as well as Korean independent animation screening events at the same time.

This screening is held at 7:30 p.m. on Monday-thursday every week in the Joongang Cinema.

First off, Jacques Drouin's special screening includes piece of works such as 'Mindscape', 'Ex-Child', 'A Hunting Lesson', 'Nightangel' and so forth.

Korean independent animation event is screening 'In the Forest', 'Whan' directed by Ju Jae-hyung and so on.

'Whan' directed by Jaehyung Ju/Seungmin Song is describing a plot in which every day many visitors watch the beautiful tigress in her cage, and they don't suspect that she too is thinks about the people. When one night her caretaker forgets to close the cage door, the tiger lady goes out and takes a look at the world outside of the bars of her cage.

It is said that Jacques Drouin, on one hand, is a great master of 'Pin-screen animation'.
