"The Good Wife" Jeon Do-yeon and Nana, 'girl crush'

Jeon Do-yeon and Nana are the new girl crushes.

"The Good Wife" is the story of a woman (Jeon Do-yeon) who returns to her post as a lawyer for the first time since she got married after her successful husband Lee Tae-joon (Yoo Ji-tae) gets booked for corruption and scandals.

"The Good Wife" is Jeon Do-yeon's first drama in 11 years and her first lawyer role in her 26 years of acting. Nana is starring in her first Korean drama.

Jeon Do-yeon is a law firm lawyer while Nana is Kim Dan who helps her with cases. Jeon Do-yeon is the icon of a strong career woman. Nana is an outstanding individual who changes her appearances to get information she needs legally and sometimes illegally. If Jeon Do-yeon makes the case turn out favorably, Nana breaks it down further and finds more evidence.

In the stills of the two released above, Jeon Do-yeon is wearing a clean and neat suit while Nana is usually wearing casual pants, a shirt and a jacket.

Jeon Do-yeon said about Nana, "She's doing well. I only thought of the cute and sexy image she has from Orange Caramel but she's thoughtful and warm. She gives me a lot of energy and I don't need to give her any advice".

"I have had trouble with the amount of lines I have to memorize and the legal terms, but it's a challenge and I'm making it through one by one. I am also very instinctive and sensitive and I relate to my character trying to balance out her work and family life".

Nana said, "Jeon Do-yeon helps me a lot on the set".

Meanwhile, "The Good Wife", which is a remake of the famous American drama, stars Jeon Do-yeon, Yoo Ji-tae, Yoon Kye-sang, Nana, Kim Seo-hyung, Lee Won-geun and more. The first episode can be seen on July 8th at 8:30PM.
