Prosecutor Kang Gon (Ju Ji-hoon) in the third division of the District Prosecutors' Office cooperates with Sin So-yeong (Jin Se-yeon), a regional investigation officer of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency.

Kim Gon has a hostile relationship with Jo Se-hwang (Kim Sang-woo), the director of Hwawon Group.
