"The King Loves" Hong Jong-hyun looks strong with his sword in the snow.

The new MBC drama "The King Loves" is based in the Goryeo times about three men and women and their difficult romance. The drama is pre-produced and stars Im Si-wan, Lim Yoona, Hong Jong-hyun, Oh Min-suk, Jung Bo-suk, Jang Young-nam, Kim Ho-jin and more. It is directed by Kim Sang-hyeob.

Hong Jong-hyun takes on the role of Wang Rin, the only companion to Wang Won (Im Si-wan). Lim Yoona is Eun-san.

The picture of Hong Jong-hyun looks mighty fierce in the snow. His force brings out his character as he stands before Im Si-wan and Lim Yoona to protect them.

The three actors will form a complicated system of romance and passion.

"The King Loves" is based on an original novel and will be released in 2017 on MBC.
