Actor Hyun Bin's song "The Man" is being sung as a military song?

The book "I Am A Marine" which is about the daily life of a soldier, includes the interviews of 8 Marines including Hyun Bin's. Apparently this book contains the daily life of Kim Tae-pyeong and not actor Hyun Bin and several pictures as well.

According to the book, the chant of class 1137 in the Marines is the song "The Man" which is well known to be sung by Hyun Bin in the SBS TV drama "Secret Garden". Hyun Bin confessed, "It felt weird and I was embarrassed to hear my fellow soldiers sing that song".

He continued, "It's not the type of song to be changed into a military chant but that was weird. It also sounds like a totally different song compared to what I sang".

He also said, "I didn't think I would make it. It rained a lot and cold. However, everytime moments like that came I looked around and realized that I wansn't the only one suffering. Then I could manage".

"As I start adjusting well to the environment mentally and endure the hard training, my fellow soldiers have started to ask me questions. Then I would tell them, 'this is the first time for me too'".

Meanwhile, "I Am A Marine" written by Kim Hwan-ki and photographer Sin Mi-sik and Son Min-seok.
