The special 600th episode of We Want to Know It airs on SBS

SBS's flagship current affairs program, We Want to Know It, is celebrating its 600th episode with a review of its past 15 years of searching for truth.

We Want to Know It is broadcasting a special program titled, "Searching for Truth and Hope: Fifteen Years of Record" on Nov. 18, 11 PM, and looks back at major events and topics the program has covered over the years and ponders on the significance of its role.

First, the production team reconstructed its previous programs on the "Suji Kim Spy Fabrication Scandal" and "Silmido Special Unit", discussing new evidences and witnesses, and analyzing what still prevents us from finding the truth.

Following these segments, it then sheds light on social minorities in our society, such as those who are discriminated for their sexual orientation, unwed mothers, and immigrants, and shows the harsh reality in which they have to live, and the strong discrimination and prejudice they face everyday. The program discusses what has changed since these issues were first brought to light.

Since its first broadcasting on March 31, 1992, We Want to Know It has been anchored by a number of hard-hitting media personalities, from Moon Sung-keun, Oh Se-Hoon, to Jung Jin-young. Park Sang-won, an actor, is currently leading the program.
