"The Target" vs. "The Fatal Encounter"

"The Target" has come close to "The Fatal Encounter" and is intensely struggling to beat it.

According to the Korean Film Council, "The Target" came in second of the Box Office with an accumulated number of 1,488,612 audiences, 6,116 alone on the 8th.

"The Target" beat "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" and is closing in on "The Fatal Encounter".

Not only that, "The Target" was first in ticket sales on Naver, Yes 24 and other major ticketing sites.

"The Target" is about Yeo-hoon (Ryu Seung-ryong) who is tangled in a murder case and Tae-joon (Lee Jin-wook) who rides along with him to save his own wife. Other casts include, Yoo Joon-sang, Kim Sung-ryung and more.

Meanwhile, "The Fatal Encounter" gathered 90,106 people on the 8th alone and is riding an accumulated number of 2,633,591. "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" comes in third place with 30,753 on the 8th and 3,599,882 accumulated.
