Park Gang-du, who runs a snack bar close to the river, witnesses the abduction of his daughter by a mysterious monster. Together with his father, brother who is a former student movement activist, and sister, a national medalist archer, Gang-du swears to rescue his daughter. However, the family must first try to overcome the indifferent government officials who insist on quarantining the family because they might be infected with the monster's supposedly deadly contagious virus.
