Transsexual Ha Ri-su Draws Attention from France

Singer/actress Ha Ri-su has given an exclusive interview to famous French current affairs magazine "Paris Match". Ha recently met with Paris Match reporters on May 8 in a cafe in Apkujeong-dong, Seoul, where she gave the exclusive two-hour interview and introduced Korean pop culture to the magazine's readers.
"Paris Match reporters, who were visiting Korea to attend the Jeonju International Film Festival, chose Ha Ri-su for their special coverage of Korean pop culture and requested an interview with her", said Ha's agency G&F.
In her interview, Ha explained the Korean entertainment industry and the Korean pop-culture boom. The French reporters said they first learned about Ha last year from the French daily Liberation, and added that Ha looked very slender but pretty in real life.
Paris Match reporters will publish a special edition of their magazine covering different topics about Korea, including the Jeonju International Film Festival, the interview with Ha Ri-su, and the women divers of Jeju Island.
Ha will visit Japan on May 9 with Hong Kong film director Yonfan to promote her latest movie "Color Blossoms".
