In her latest film "Wonderful Nightmare", she plays a successful lawyer who thinks men are useless but learns new things and changes her beliefs after getting a chance to live as an ordinary housewife.

Although living others' lives is what actors do, being a mother of two children was tough for the actress used to a glamorous single life.

"I was attracted by the story, which shows a self-centered, independent woman who experiences a change of heart after getting the chance to live someone else's life", Uhm said. "The film also reflects the importance of the little happy moments of everyday life".

Uhm said she quite enjoyed her role. "While shooting a scene in a living room with a husband and kids, I thought it would be good to live like this", she said. "As I live with only a dog, my house is very quiet".

As for her, age doesn't often cross her mind. "I feel my age only when asked about it", she said. "I'm mostly playing women in their late 30s now, but I am a little afraid of what roles I will get to play when I am over 50".

She's also kept her career as a singer and doesn't plan to step on the brakes any time soon.

"I am so happy that I have achieved what I hoped for", she said. "I wanted to do what I like to do for a long time, and I know that's not easy. I was so lucky that I've been able to do it".
