What's on Couples' Wish Lists This Valentine's Day?

Men want to receive expensive, practical items for Valentine's Day, which falls on Tuesday, while women prefer cheaper gifts laden with more meaning, according to a straw poll of 820 customers in their 20s to 40s by Shinsegae Department Store.

Tablet PCs topped men's wish lists at 31 percent, followed by the iPhone docking audio system (22 percent), clothes or shoes (17 percent), cash or gift certificates (15 percent), and watches (12 percent).

Purses were the presents most favored by female respondents at 25 percent. Next came chocolates (22 percent), followed by smartphone cases (19 percent), clothes or shoes (15 percent) and accessories (13 percent).
