Actress Kim Sung-ryung is cast for the new SBS drama "Mrs. Cop 2".

This seasonal drama chose Kim Sung-ryung as the next heroine for a new feel and new look.

SBS said, "Take CSI and 007 as an example. Seasonal dramas maintain the format and story but recycle their casts for a new look. Kim Sung-ryung is a popular actress for all ages and she is perfect for the role of a female cop".

"Kim Sung-ryung has already played the role of a cop in the 2014 movie "The Target" which left a deep impression on her fans. She's one of the most popular actress for men in their 30s and 40s and one of the greatest role models for female fans. She's becoming more and more attractive as she ages too".

"Mrs. Cop 2" is set to broadcast in March.
