Yoon Ji-oh posted on her Instagram on the 14th that, "My family members confined, beat up and lashed out at me on the 8th of March. I have recordings and after long consideration I've decided to report them. It wasn't just one person, but other family members have stalked me, threatened me, and spread false information so I'm making a local report here and getting a restraining order from them. They are not my family anymore".

She explained that she was taking measures to 'protect herself and those people she considers her family'.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Prosecutors' Office's fact-finding team, which reinvestigated the case of the late Jang Ja-yeon, submitted its final report on the 13th containing the results of its 13-month investigation. The team reportedly suggested that the former head of Jang's agency, Kim, should undergo an investigation on suspicion of perjury. However, it is not expected that the reinvestigation of the key suspicions, such as the alleged coercion of drinking and sexual services from Jang, and the involvement of influential social figures in these crimes, will be easy. The committee, which has the authority to make a final decision on whether to launch an additional investigation, will review the contents of the report before reaching a final conclusion on the 20th.

Following is Yoon Ji-oh's full Instagram post.

"I've endured it until now.

My mother is sick and she told me to forgive, so I didn't want to upset her anymore.

However, I am taking legal measures.

My family members confined, beat up and lashed out at me on the 8th of March. I have recordings and after long consideration I've decided to report them.

It wasn't just one person, but other family members have stalked me, threatened me, and spread false information so I'm making a local report here and getting a restraining order from them.

They are not my family anymore.

I am doing this to protect myself and the family I think of as family".
