Yoon Kye-sang Breaches Automobile Management Act

Actor Yoon Kye-sang was prosecuted informally for the breach of the automobile management act.

He was fined 500,000 won by the Seoul Central Court for driving a car that had tires wider than the car width.

He was spotted by car-parazzi in Seoul in November and the car he was driving belonged to the company.

His management spoke for him and apologized for the trouble.

According to the Automobile Management Act Article 34, the reforming of an automobile requires permission from the Mayor, the Gun Magistrate, and the District Governor. Otherwise, it can lead to a year or more of imprisonment and a fine of up to 1 million won.
