A slew of independent animations showcased at the Indie-Ani Tour

Korea Independent Animation Association (CEO: Na, Ki-Yong) is accepting applications for the screening of independent animations for its 'Indie-Ani Screening Tour'.

This national screening tour is for the Indie-Anifest, Korea's only independent animation festival. A total of 64 works that were screened at Indie-Anifest 2007 will be shown during the tour.

The program showcases critically acclaimed Korean animations such as "Millennium Giraffe" (Director: Won, Jong-Sik), "Soeyoun" (Director: Kim, Jin-Man), and "Ordinary Life of Murimilgeom" (Director: Jang, Hyeong-Yun). The animations are organized in eight categories, such as special themes like "melodrama" and "environment" as well as "family", "indie-animation", and "mania" to help the audience better understand independent animation.

Any group, theater and school can apply for this screening. Special, small-scale category-specific screening tour is available upon request.
