During this time "Our Blues" logged 2,346 message board posts, 11,487 comments, 8.422 million viewed videos, 737 news articles, 124 videos, television ratings of 9.5%, and 5.8% among the 20-49 year old demographic. This 1.917 million viewers nationwide, 1.258 million of whom were aged 20-49. "Insider" was the only drama to outdo "Our Blues" in terms of news articles, mainly due to the controversy of the prison themed drama depicting an extended gambling scene in a Buddhist temple.

"Link: Eat, Love, Kill" outdid "Our Blues" in terms of videos while "It's Beautiful Now" had better ratings and viewers in the 20-49 age demographic. The legal drama "Why Her?" had better numbers than these three dramas in general, although it did not outperform "Our Blues" in any one metric.
