Lee Jae-wook, Jung So-min, Yu Jun-sang, Oh Na-ra to Star in tvN's "Alchemy of Souls"

Lee Jae-wook, Jung So-min, Hwang Minhyun, Shin Seung-ho, Yu Jun-sang, Oh Na-ra and Jo Jae-yun have confirmed their appearances in the tvN drama "Alchemy of Souls".

tvN's "Alchemy of Souls" which is scheduled to air in 2022, is set in a great country that does not exist in history or map and is a fantasy romance drama in which the protagonists whose fate is twisted due to the soul-changing 'marriage technique' overcoming and growing. It is a new work by Hong Sisters (Hong Jeong-eun, Hong Mi-ran), who wrote the dramas "Hotel Del Luna", "Master's Sun" and "The Greatest Love". It is helmed by director Park Joon-hwa, who was greatly loved for the dramas "Because This Is My First Life" and "What's Wrong With Secretary Kim".

First, Lee Jae-wook plays the role of Jang Uk, a noble but bad young master from the great Jang family. Jung So-min plays the role of Mudeok who is trapped in the body of the world's weakest being. Hwang Minhyun plays the role of Seo Yool, a genius returnee in the great Seo family while Shin Seung-ho plays Go Won, the petty and mean prince in this great country.

Yu Jun-sang plays the role of Park Jin, the head of Songlim, the largest company in the great country, adding heavy weight to the drama. The role of Kim Do-joo is played by Oh Na-ra, the butler of the Jang family, and the influential and broad-minded heroine. Finally, Jo Jae-yun joins the role of Jin Moo, the deputy chief of the Cheon Bu-gwan who hides his evil ambitions and takes office.

Meanwhile, the new fantasy romance drama tvN's "Alchemy of Souls" which is a collaboration between hitmakers Hong Jeong-eun and Hong Mi-ran and directors Park Joon-hwa, is scheduled to air in 2022.
