Ye Soo-jung in "Maestra: Strings of Truth"

Y1 Entertainment said on the 7th that Ye Soo-jung has decided to appear in tvN's new Saturday and Sunday drama "Maestra: Strings of Truth" which will premiere on December 9th.

"Maestra: Strings of Truth" is a mystery drama in which only 5% of the world's female conductor Maestra, genius or legend Cha Se-eum (Lee Young-ae) seeks the truth of the incident surrounding the orchestra while hiding her secret.

Ye Soo-jung plays Bae Jeong-hwa, the mother of Cha Se-eum (Lee Young-ae) in the drama. Bae Jeong-hwa is a character who lives as the mother of the charismatic conductor Se-eum, along with her history as a genius violinist.

Ye Soo-jung's appearance in "Maestra: Strings of Truth" follows her performance as Professor Yoon in Disney+'s "The Worst of Evil" which recently drew attention, and is expected to show another mother character in chemistry with Lee Young-ae.

Meanwhile, tvN's new Saturday and Sunday drama "Maestra: Strings of Truth" will premiere at 9:20 PM on December 9th.
